Qualities you can expect from me as your Councilman

• Integrity, I will have the courage to always act with integrity 

 

• Transformation, I will transform myself and help the community and others to do the same. Develop the visions, strategies, capabilities, for growth that will enable us to satisfy unmet needs and create superior value 

 

• Humility, I will be humble, intellectually honest and deal with reality constructively. I will hold myself and others accountable to these standards 

 

• Knowledge, I will seek and acquire the best knowledge and share my knowledge proactively  

 

• Respect, I will treat everyone with honesty, dignity, respect and sensitivity 

 

• Self-Actualize, I will be all that I can be. Identify, develop and apply my gifts and passions  

 

As your Councilman,  

 

I will pray every day for my family, your family(s), our city and our nation. I will persevere until we see a powershift from God in our city. I will then continue to pray that God would overshadow us all with his supernatural transformation. I will pray for unity. I will pray for peace. I will pray for power and promotion, (power to reconciliate, not to retaliate). I will always ask that we open and close every meeting with a word of prayer. I promise to have good character. I will always be mature, sensitive to other people, compassionate, a peacemaker, respect others and have self-control. I will forever have gratitude and be thankful and grateful for the opportunity to sever my city and represent my district. As your councilman, I’ll be patient and steadfast, and I promise to be transparent and stand on integrity. I will be bold, fearless and have courage. I’m looking forward to building relationships, building teams (internal and external), and building trust. I will always be a team player; I will be engaged with the team, and I will work with the team to find peaceful resolutions. I’ll do everything in my power to make myself accessible to the community and listen carefully with the desire to understand concerns, ideas and perspectives. I will always be well prepared; I’ll do my research, take notes, answer questions and ask questions.
